Traveling as Couple
The hotel was nice. If I had a choice of hotels I wouldn't have chosen it due to my wanting to entertain my fiance in something more romantic.

We have stayed here a number of times and have always found the hotel to be well run and convenient. The lounge is very nice and the food was well prepared.

Feel very comfortable about the 4star selections in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. All are quality 4star hotels and the Hyatt is one of our favorites. Front staff was excellent,lobby area was very relaxing, enjoyed the garden area, and the room was roomy and bed comfortable, disappointed that restaurant did not serve dinner and that there was no whirlpool. Had the key to the room made twice and had trouble with it both times. ...read more

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and very well appointed. We have stayed at this hotel 5 times now and have been very pleased each and every time. This is an excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel and staff, only drawback was the essential need to do valet parking. Self-parking was not easily accessible and I felt unsafe to do self parking as a solo female traveler. $30 a night for valet too much money! ...read more
